Although many students go to 4-year colleges after graduating from Skyline, that is just one of many options available to you. There are many options after high school, such as: 

• Community or Technical College 
• Military - Academies, ROTC and Enlistment
• 4-Year College - Big
• Apprenticeship
• Gap Year/Volunteering
• Meaningful Employment

While Xello is a required piece of your High School and Beyond Plan, Xello is so much more. There are career, personality and learning style assessments to help connect you with relevant career options. 

Accessing Xello: 

• To login to Xello, login through Classlink
• Username: First 4 letters of your last name and first 3 letters of your first name and your graduation year. If your last name is less than 4 letters long, enter spaces. Example: Joe Smith graduating class of 2019 would be SMITJOE19
• Password: Your school password or your ASB number

• Choose which programs you are going to apply to
• Stay organized! For example - put together a calendar with each prospective program/college's due dates
• Create a professional email - time to get rid of bmx4eva8919@hotmail.com
• To Do Lists: Whether you do one for each program, or just one for all of your tasks, keep a list and check things off
• College and Career Center College Planning Series 

• Create your Common Application and other College Application accounts if needed
• Begin the first draft of your College Essay 
• Find out if you need a letter of recommendation from teachers or counselors (not all colleges require one)!

• Find out if you need to take tests (SAT, ACT or AP Subject Tests)

• Know your GPA: Can be found in Skyward under the GPA tab. By law, Washington State only reports unweighted GPA

• Class Rank? The Issaquah School District does NOT rank students and cannot provide ranking upon request

• Class of 2024 size: 534

• Turn in documents - For most applications, these are submitted online. If you have paper applications, you will mail them in.
