Student Parking Permits for the 2025-2026 School Year

For The Class Of 2026 (SENIORS)

To register for parking you will need to completely fill out the Student Parking Form, and print out the Skyline Parking policy sheet that is attached.  There are a few items listed on the backside of the policy sheet that you will need to bring when you come and pick up your parking passes… (ASB Card, Valid Driver’s License, Valid Car Registration, Proof of Valid Insurance, Receipt of Payment [payment can be made with the ASB Bookkeeper] and a signed copy of the parking policy sheet.  Permits can be picked up from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., August 25, 26, and 27, at Skyline in the main commons.  There are 381 available spots in the student lot and passes will be issued on a first come first served basis.

IF you DO NOT have a valid parking permit you are NOT permitted to drive on the first day of school on Thursday, August 28, 2025.

For The Class Of 2027 (JUNIORS)

There are 381 spots in the Skyline student parking lot.  Seniors are guaranteed a parking space, but with over 500+ seniors registered for the 2025 – 2026 school year spots are limited.  IF 381 spots are filled by seniors then unfortunately, we will not have any spots for Junior drivers.  Usually, Senior drivers account for 250 to 300 permits per school year, so we anticipate there being spots available BUT THERE IS NO GUARANTEE.   If there are multiple spots available after Seniors have registered and picked up their permits, then a Junior lottery will be held. If we are able to hold a Junior lottery, we will announce the lottery via the website and our Weekly Bulletin, and a link to the lottery sign up will be posted on this page.

All Juniors are eligible to sign up for the lottery as long as Xello lessons are up to date, a graduation requirement as part of the state of Washington's High School and Beyond Plan.

For the class of 2027, all 9th and 10th grade Xello lessons (except the 9th grade "4-Year Course Plan" lesson) must be completed to qualify for a parking permit should you be selected in the lottery. Because new Xello lessons are assigned each fall, you will also be responsible for completing your 11th grade lessons in a timely manner to stay on track to graduate, and the same for your 12th grade lessons the following year.

If you haven't already done so, log in to Xello and complete these lessons. Xello is accessed via Classlink using the same login credentials as when you log into an ISD computer.

Username: ISD Computer username (first 4 of last name, first 3 of first name, graduation year e.g. LastFir25)

Password: same as computer login & Office365 password

If you cannot access Classlink, please visit this page for more information. If you have questions about Xello and the required lessons, please reach out to the College & Career Center in RM 1202 or email SHSCollegeandCareer@issaquah.wednet.edu.

If you would like to enter the lottery, please fill out the 2026-2026 Junior Class Parking Pass Lottery form. After the Junior lottery date closes at 10:00 a.m. on August 29, 2025, Junior names will be selected at random using a number generator by Mr. Thorsen and at least one ADMIN member.  Once names have been selected through that random lottery, an email will go out to the junior winners with further instructions.  Junior permits will be handed out on a date to be determined.  Junior drivers are also encouraged to reach out to Skyline’s neighboring churches [Sammamish Hill Lutheran Church & Mary Queen of Peace] to ask about their parking programs, which are completely separate from the Skyline parking program.
