Reminder For Second Semester Schedule Change Requests For The 2024-2025 School Year

High School Second Semester Schedules:

Second Semester Schedule changes – Second semester starts on Friday, January 31st.  If you are hoping to make a change to a semester-long class, please use this link to make the request: Semester-Long Course Change Request This form will close on Friday, February 7th.

If you wish to request to drop a yearlong class at the semester, please email your counselor to learn about the process and receive the year-long drop request form to fill out.  You cannot use the online semester-long course change request form to request a change to a yearlong class!  The year-long course drop request form is due by February 7th.

  • Courses changed up to Friday February 7, 2024 have no impact on the transcript.
  • Due to the district’s transition from Skyward to Qmlativ, students will not be able to make schedule changes from February 10th through February 25th.
  • From February 25th, 2024 until March 7th any course dropped will show as a “W” on the transcript.
  • Any class dropped beginning Monday March 10, 2024 will be listed as an “F” on the transcript.

Please Note: Submission of a request does not guarantee a change can be made. All school attendance policies apply, and students cannot be excused from scheduled classes while you are waiting for a response. Due to the volume of requests, changes may take several days to process and we appreciate your patience during this time.
