Ordering Final Transcripts And Senior Records In Student/Family Access

Hello Seniors & Senior Families!

Congratulations on finishing strong at Skyline.  As you leave your high school years behind, there are a few things that you may want to retain for your records.   On July 7, 2025, you will be "graduated" from Skyline and officially withdrawn as a student.  When that happens, you will no longer be able to login to Student Access and you will not be a listed student in your Parent/Guardian’s Family Access.  Therefore, if you want copies of your most recent report cards, test scores, immunizations or any other student record that can be obtained via Student or Family Access, please make sure that you download and print those documents/information PRIOR to July 7, 2025.

Grades for all students are due at 2:00 p.m. June 25, 2025. Because the last grading period wraps-up the year, finalizing and posting these report cards can take a bit of additional time and there MAY be a delay in seeing your Semester 2 report card post.  You should see the report card in Student/Family Access no later than 5:00 p.m. June 26, 2025.

ALL senior grades MUST be into the system and finalized before we can begin the process of finalizing transcripts. Due to the delay in getting final grades for running start students, final senior transcripts will begin being finalized no later than the end of the day on July 7, 2025.  Once transcripts are finalized, we will begin processing all Parchment orders and plan to have all Parchment orders processed by the end of the day on July 7, 2025.  Please make sure to check your college deadlines and reach out to them if this is beyond their due date for final transcripts.   

FINAL TRANSCRIPT NOTE – when ordering your final transcript, please remember to select “hold for grades”.  If you do not select this option, your final transcript will be sent without Semester 2 grades and without a graduation date.  Transcript ordered using “hold for grades” will be processed as soon as grades are finalized and students are “graduated” from Skyline,.
