End of the year message from Principal Hennig

general announcement

Skyline Families,

That’s a wrap – the 2021-2022 school year has officially concluded!  As I reflect on the year, I can’t stop thinking about how awesome our Skyline students are.  They work extremely hard both in and out of the classroom, and I am deeply impressed by how much they care about their education, peers and making Skyline the best school it can be.  We have a wonderful school community, in large part because of our great students!  Please make sure you say THANK YOU to your student(s) for working so hard.  Skyline has high expectations, but our students consistently meet and exceed what we ask of them, and that is something to be proud of.

I would also like to say a big THANK YOU to the Skyline staff.  Skyline is fortunate to have so many adults on campus who care deeply about the social, emotional, and academic success of our students. If a staff member has positively impacted your student(s) this year, please take the time to reach out and say thank you. Education is sometimes a thankless profession, but hearing positive feedback from families can go a long way in making our staff feel appreciated and supported.

Finally, thank you families for your support!  Skyline is extremely lucky to have such dedicated families who provide unwavering support for their student(s) and the school.   Skyline has a lot of moving parts; I appreciate all your support throughout the year and look forward to partnering with you for many years to come.

Please enjoy your well-earned summer break!
