To request assistance for your Skyline student please follow the steps below. Applications may be submitted at any time during the school year.
Step 1
Submit a free and reduced lunch application. This step must be completed even if your student does not intend to use the free and reduced lunch benefits as qualifying members will be eligible for additional benefits. The application is available on our Lunch Program webpage. If you would like to request additional assistance (i.e. club and athletic fees), please make sure to mark box #7 on the application. Paper applications should be turned into the Skyline High School ASB Bookkeeper.
Step 2
If you have qualified for free and reduced lunch, please complete Supplemental Consent Form and return it to the Skyline High School ASB Bookkeeper.
If you have not qualified for free and reduced lunch, please complete the Skyline High School Application for Local Financial Aid form and return it to the Skyline High School ASB Bookkeeper. This information will be used to determine your child's eligibility for additional assistance.
Step 3
After review of the Skyline High School Application for Local Financial Aid form a school administrator will contact you regarding your eligibility status.
