Mission Statement and Educational Beliefs

In an intentional effort to make honorable, thinking, skillful citizens, Skyline High School has established a strong academic tradition coupled with award-winning activity programs that boast several state titles and national recognition and are well-supported by the community. Our goal is that ALL of our students will be prepared for and eager to accept the academic, occupational, personal, and practical challenges of life in a dynamic global environment. In order to accomplish this we believe ALL students should optimally experience: ACCESSIBILITY, CONNECTIVITY, CITIZENSHIP, RESILIENCY and EXPRESSION at school.

• Interdisciplinary connections that improve student mastery of subject matter are encouraged and supported school-wide.
• Emphasis on depth of study in each academic area is stressed over breadth of content.
• Teachers infuse technology throughout the curriculum.
